Indian Cookies

I decided to make Indian Cookies this morning.  Actually, I decided a couple days ago and made them this morning before it got too hot.  I couldn't find my camera so I took the 1st 2 pictures with my phone.  I couldn't figure out the flash too well.  Anyway, here are a few shots.  I made a couple cutting them out with a glass so they are just round.  Those came out okay, but just didn't feel traditional.  Then I made a few smaller ones so they would have more crunch when I dip them in my coffee.  I really liked those.

    they look authentic...i made some on July 11th in memory of Dad...they were pretty good!

    They are authentic and taste good too! One day when Mommy was visiting, I had her help me make some and wrote down all the directions and ingredients.
