Everything isn't complete, but we have a cash offer on our Escondido house. We have inspection on Monday and a 30 day escrow. So if all goes well, we'll be out of our house on September 1. I can't believe we actually lived in this house 12 years. That's the longest we've stayed in any house. Our plan is to sell some stuff, move some stuff to our house in AZ, and store some stuff until we decide if we're going to buy another place in CA. Ch..Cha...Cha...Changes!
